Much Wenlock Neighbourhood Plan – can you vote?

The Much Wenlock Neighbourhood Plan referendum will take place on 22nd May alongside the European election. The question will be “Do you want Shropshire Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Much Wenlock to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?”

Electors in the parish of Much Wenlock (which is the ‘neighbourhood area’) will be eligible to vote. Applications to be included on the register of electors for this election must be received no later than Tuesday 6th May. If you’re unlikely to be able to get to the polling station and wish to vote, please note that applications for postal votes and proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 7th May.
